5 Hour Min ( 6 Hour Max) Weekday Rental

This particular rental option is for someone who needs to rent the space between four to six hours. It is perfect for someone that would like to host a

8 Hour Weekday Rental

Celebrating during the week really is the most convenient option for a lot of people. We offer this rental option specifically for dates booked between Monday and Thursday. The eight hours include setup, event time and break down time.



Weekend Pricing

8 Hour Saturday Rental

Weekends are literally made for events! Saturday rentals mean most of your guests can unwind and have a good time without worrying about work the next day. Saturday rental is an 8 hour rental of the space. This includes setup, event time and breakdown time.

8 Hour Sunday Rental

Sunday rentals have become the latest craze. With it being deemed the best day for brunch events or sip and paint styled parties. Sunday rentals are ideal for your next “Sunday Fun Day” event. Sunday rental is an 8 hour rental of the space. This includes setup, event time and breakdown time.

Venue & Decor Packages

 

Simply Sophisticated

$4,500+

This package allows us to provide you with a simple yet sophisticated decor and venue experience. With the Simply Sophisiticated package you will recieve a customizeable experience with an eight (8) hour event space rental, seating for up to 50 guests, six 5 foot round tables, two 6 foot rectangular tables, a bar area, two restrooms, surround sound, Wifi and a projector. You will have the convenience of receiving a full event design, set up and decor. This package comes with a simple tablescape with centerpieces. We will also include a menu or thank you card for each place setting. There will also be a main focal point (1-2 walls), a welcome sign and a modest balloon garland (3 colors max).



Superior Style

$6,000+

The Superior Style is our most requested package. We specifically created this package based on the requests of our clients to have the ability to walk into the venue stress-free and able to fully enjoy the event. With the Superior Style package you will be able to enoy the venue for eight (8) hours, seating for up to 50 guests, six 5 foot round tables, two 6 foot rectangular tables, a bar area, two restrooms, surround sound, Wifi and a projector. You will have the convenience of receiving a full event design, set up and decor. This customizeable experience includes the convenience of a tablescape with centerpieces. You will aslo be able to choose between a menu or thank you card for each place setting. The guest of honor will also recieve; a 1 tier cake, a cake stand, a focal point (2-3 walls) with full balloon install ( 4 colors max), a welcome sign, props (2 max) or marquee numbers(2 max), custom signage and seating for guest(s) of honor.


 

The Main Attraction

This one stop shop option includes all of the amazing features of the Simply Sophisticated package and takes them up a notch. With The Main Attraction package you will be able to enjoy the venue for eight (8) hours, seating for up to 50 guests, six 5 foot round tables, two 6 foot rectangular tables, a bar area, two restrooms, surround sound, Wifi and a projector. You will have the convenience of receiving a full event design, set up and decor. This customizeable experience includes the convenience of a tablescape with centerpieces. You will aslo be able to choose between a menu or thank you card for each place setting. The food table will also have tablecloths and we will provide chaffing dishes. The guest of honor will also recieve; a 2 tier cake, a cake stand, an impactful focal point (2-3 walls) with a balloon install ( 4 colors max), props (2 max) or marquee numbers (2 max), custom signage, a welcome sign, seating for guest(s) of honor, one wait staff and clean-up.

Venue Clean-Up

This add-on is a great option for a host that wants to leave with his/her guests and not have to worry about cleaning the venue after the fun is done. It is mandatory for events ending at midnight.
